Workout when stuck at home

Good way, try plank at your exercises.
Do different push ups, like crunches, bicycle crunch, hill climber and more
I have been doing these about 3 times a week: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dv1D_F1YfoE
It's body-weight workout, so you do not need any tools. It's high intensity, and for 5 minutes a day. I do it once every second day because I'm lazy. I'm better now than how I began, but not ripped or anything.
My quarantine exercises were as follows:
5 * 20 push ups 5 * 15 press 3 * 40 squats 5 * 1min plank 5-10 minutes of various kegel exercises and it work it |
